Visitor

Campaign Name

This condition allows you to create audiences based on 'utm_campaign' campaign sources. 

You have a few options for how to target certain campaigns:

  • Choose Matched from the dropdown if you want to target an exact utm_campaign value
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to exclude all visitors coming from the utm-campaign source


Referrer

One of the targeting options is to trigger a campaign based on the URL that your visitors came from. This is commonly known as the referrer. 

Typical use cases for this feature includes setting audiences by the search engine they use, or excluding certain promotional referrers. You can define several referring sites by clicking Edit.

You have a few options to target visitors coming from referring site:

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors coming from any one of the given referring sites.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors coming from all of the given referring sites.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to exclude all visitors coming from given referring sites.

Example: exclude visitors coming from a promotional third party site.

Let's say you are running several offers on popular discount sites. You want to include promotional banners on your website, but you do not want visitors coming from a discount site to see these alternative offers.

  1. Identify which URL sources should be excluded from the campaign.

  2. Select Visitor > Referrer Not Matched and add the specific page URL that you would like to exclude. In this case, it would be a referral from www.groupon.com and www.ebates.com.

  3. This will ensure that the campaign will run for all visitors except for those who had been on groupon.com or ebates.com page immediately prior to arriving to your site.

Favourite Categories

This condition allows you to create audiences based on their favourite categories. 

Drag "Favorite Categories" criterion and click on Select to specify the product categories.

You have a few options to target visitors based on their favourite categories:

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors whose favourite category matches any of the selected product categories.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors whose favourite category matches all of the selected product categories.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors whose favourite category does not match any of the selected product categories.



Last Visited Product

Let's say you want to target an audience based on the last products they viewed.

Drag "Last Visited Product" criterion and click on Select to specify the products.

You have a few options to target visitors based on the last products they viewed:

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who viewed any one of the selected products.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who viewed all of the selected products.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not view any of the selected products.



In Last Visited Product

Let's say you want to target an audience based on the products they viewed in the last 10 days.

Drag "In Last Visited Product" category and click on Select to specify the products.

You have a few options to target visitors based on the products they viewed in the last 10 days:

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who viewed any one of the selected products.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who viewed all of the selected products.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not view any of the selected products.


In Last Purchased Product

Let's say you want to target an audience based on the product they have purchased in the last 30 days.

Drag "In Last Purchased Product" category and click on Select to specify the products.

You have a few options to target visitors who have purchased a product in the last 30 days:

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who purchased any one of the selected products.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who purchased all of the selected products.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not purchased any of the selected products.


Visit Count

Target visitors based on the number of times they have visited your site.

You have several options to specifically define the number of visits (defined using a cookie). Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between. Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.


Don’t ask users to do two things in one rule!

For example, don’t ask visitors to check out your sale AND sign up for your email list. Instead, target different visitors based on where they are in the buying/consumer cycle. We’ve found that if you give new visitors a discount or offer the first time they come to your site and then ask for an email address on their return visit, they are more likely to give you an email address.


Location

You can target your users based upon the geographical location they are in. Select one of the conditions, "Matched" or "Not Matched" and enter the name of a location.  



Age

Target users based on their age. 

  • Enter two numerical values to target visitors between two ages.
  • Enter the same numerical value in both boxes to target visitors with a particular age.


Gender

Target visitors based on their genders (defined in their profile). Choose one of the conditions, "Matched" or "Not Matched" and click select.



Total Revenue

Target based on the total revenue generated by your visitor. 

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.



Total Pageview

Target visitors based on the total number of pages they viewed across all their visits. 

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.



Last Purchase Time

Target visitors based on the last time they have made purchase. 

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter the appropriate date and time of last purchase.



Last Purchase Product

Target visitors based on the last product they have purchased. 

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who purchased any one of the selected products.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who purchased all of the selected products.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not purchase any of the selected products.


Is Member

Target visitors based on their list membership.

  • Choose "True" to target members.
  • Choose "False" to target non-members.


Basket Product Category

Target based on the product categories visitors added to their cart.

Choose one of the following conditions below and click Select to enter the appropriate categories.

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who added any one of the selected product categories.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who added all of the selected product categories.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not add any of the selected product categories.


Basket Products

Target based on the products visitors added to their cart.

Choose one of the following conditions below and click Select to enter the appropriate products.

  • Choose Any Matched from the dropdown if you want to target visitors who added any one of the selected products.
  • Choose All Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who added all of the selected products.
  • Choose Not Matched from the dropdown if you want to include visitors who did not add any of the selected products.


Basket Item Count

Target visitors based on the total number of items they have added to their cart.

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.



Basket Amount

Target visitors based on the value of the items they have added to their cart.

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.



Purchase Count

Target visitors based on the number of times they have completed a purchase.

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.

Select a condition and enter an appropriate numerical value.



Is Birthday

Target visitors who are celebrating their birthday.

  • Choose "True" if visitor is celebrating their birthday.
  • Choose "False"


Visitor :: Segments

Segment 01-10

Segments are manually-specified list of members, as opposed to rule-based segments, whose members are determined in real-time based on a defined set of rules. You can integrate and use up 10 segments to group known users based on data that is not natively collected by RMC.



Real-Time Segments

Audience altındaki Behavioural Segment modülünde tanımlanan segmentlerin kullanılmasını sağlar. TSİ gece çalışır. Segment üzerinde Use in Realtime işaretlendiği anda çalışır sonra her gece yeniden çalışarak segmente dahil olan yeni kitleyi bulur. Segmentte bir değişiklik yapılıp kaydedildiğinde kitle yeniden hesaplanır. Bu oluşturulan segmentle ilgili karşılaştırma yapılmak istendiğinde kullanılır.



Visitor :: Scoring

This condition allows you to determine the targeting threshold for the Lead Scoring rules you have defined. See Scoring for more information on how to use this feature.

Available conditions: Equals / Not Equals / Greater Than / Greater or Equal to / Less Than / Less or Equal to/ Between.


Select a condition and enter a numerical value for your scoring threshold.
